The USB GPIO relay board offers a good alternative to a complex and expensive controller. It was specially developed for maintenance-free continuous operation and the integration of interactive video installations in combination with our UHD 4K media players. The GPIO board, which is connected directly to a media player via USB, can be controlled with a playlist.txt. Input devices (buttons, sensors, RS232 control, RFID, etc.), which are connected directly to the board, control the multimedia show. The GPIO boards can be addressed with a DIP switch so that up to 16 GPIO boards (max. 160 inputs) can be operated in a network. The potential-free outputs can be used to switch up to 160 devices on and off "individually" in a time-controlled manner during the multimedia show.
